What does mediation look like with us ?

Mediation with us means open and honest conversation in a safe space. As an experienced neutral mediator, I guide productive conversations, help overcome impasses, and work toward lasting solutions that meet everyone’s interests while preserving relationships. My mediation process is a mature, cost-effective way to resolve conflicts, giving YOU, my client, complete control over the outcome. All our mediation sessions are held remotely, so you can participate from the comfort of your home!

Confidentiality and Privacy

Are you a private person ? Or prefer to keep your disputes confidential ? Unlike court proceedings, which are a matter of public record, mediation sessions are private, and discussions held within them are not disclosed to the public or entered into the court record. All participants will sign confidentiality agreements.
