Yes. Once both parties agree, the terms are drafted into a memorandum of understanding (or parenting plan for custody mediations) which is then signed by both parties. You can take this with you when you file, include the terms into an operating agreement, etc.

That's normal. We work through disagreements one at a time. You're never forced into an agreement. Its progress, not perfection.

No, a lawyer is not needed. However, I always encourage consulting with a lawyer for legal advice and to know your rights.

Yes. All mediation sessions are held virtually via zoom. This allows me to serve all residents in Texas and in the U.S.
